Services

Pricing & Terms



  • Prices are given after your consultation. It will be based on the size of your project.
  • For small jobs, we work mostly in small teams of 1-2 organizer’s.
  • For large jobs 3-4 organizer’s 
  • 5-6 hour minimum per session
  • All payments are due at the end of each workday 


VIRTUAL CONSULTATION


  • $200 45 min. - 1 hour
  • After consultation, there will be a breakdown (please allow one day for breakdown)
  • You will also receive 2 follow-up Fridays
  • If you need outside help the fee is based on the nature of your project. 
  • To hold a place on our calendar the fee is $100 deposit non-refundable


IN-PERSON CONSULTATION


  • $250 45 min. - 1 hour
  • After consultation, there will be a breakdown (please allow one day for breakdown)
  • If you need outside help the fee is based on the nature of your project. 
  • To hold a place on our calendar the fee is $100 deposit non-refundable


REFRESH


Coaching sessions: once a month $150 

    (45 min. - 1 hour)


  • We talk about your needs during and after your project
  • What things are still bothering you
  • Space planning
  • New life skills
  • Help keep you accountable
  • Any additional virtual shopping


Once we’ve decluttered, organized, and implemented a new streamlined system, we can now help you maintain order.


VIRTUAL SHOPPING


  • If you choose to do (Only)Virtual shopping the fee is $85 per hr



HOARDERS & GARAGES


  • Prices are based on the job size
  • After our consultation we will be able to give you a price breakdown
  • If there’s any tell tell signs of rodent droppings there will be a PRICE DIFFERENCE 


TERMS OF SERVICE 

  • At the end of each workday we make sure all areas are clean be for leaving 
  •  We have an in house hauler that can do pick-up, drop off ( @ an additional fee ) 
  • Complimentary before & after photos
  • To hold a place on our calendar the fee is  $100 deposit non-refundable
